Mark has been developing his unique healing technique for the last 15 years. A truly holistic therapy blending psychological analysis with acupressure and deep tissue stimulation with energy medicine and spiritual life coaching. What happens truly is holistic. First clients have a very intensive consultation to find out about your diet, your sleep, your exercise, your supplements and your physical health. Then Mark looks into the mind issues, what happened when, how it might have created habit patterns in you and how you feel about it. Then once you have gained psychological awareness of the emotional issues at hand they can be tackled in the physical body. Because you have been stimulating them in the mental body they rise to the surface in the physical body and become ‘primed’ so they are more easily accessed through physical and energetic acupressure. The work that Mark does is a completely unique procedure that is reactive to and driven by your needs.
